Transcription profiling of KCTD17 knockdown human beta-cell line EndoC-bH1

ABSTRACT: KCTD17 is downregulated in human T2D beta-cells. To investigated the impact of KCTD17 ablation in beta-cells we performed loss of function experiments in EndoC-bH1 cells.
