Transcriptomic study of PGPR-induced Brassica rapa plant gene expression towards aphids
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to explore the gene expression of Brassica rapa with and without inoculation with PGPR bacteria in response to aphids attack on day 5 and day 10. We expect to find many genes regulated in the root and leaves in response to early and late stage of aphid infestation. Some of these genes are involved in hormone signaling, plant-pathogen interaction, and etc. Our data provides a better understanding of the mechanisms of plant-microbe-insect interactions.
