Transcriptomic profiling of monocytes and microglia in WNV encephalitis

ABSTRACT: Microglia and monocyte-derived cells are key players in West Nile virus (WNV) encephalitis. We used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) using the Rhapsody system to analyse the functional profiles of these cells in the brain and bone marrow during WNV encephalitis over the course of infection.
