Impact of culture conditions used in in-vitro bovine production on embryo development and trophoblast gene expression.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of culture conditions and environment on the bovine embryo at two stages of development. Day-8 embryos were produced in vitro. Day-15 embryos were harvested from the recipient mother's uterus after the day 8 blastocysts had been initially transferred to the mother. In this study, we specifically investigated the effect of in vitro culture on trophoblastic gene expression.
