HFHC induced MASLD mouse model
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) is one of the leading causes for end-stage liver diseases with no effective pharmacological treatment. In this experiment, a high-fat high-cholesterol (HFHC) diet was used to construct a mouse MASLD model. After 16 weeks of MASLD diets, liver samples were collected. The role of IP6K3 in MASLD was studied.
