ABSTRACT: By combining RNA-seq analysis of differentiation-induced transcriptional changes with genome-wide ac4C profiling (acRIP-seq), we systematically investigated how N4-acetylcytidine modification regulates gene expression programs driving cellular differentiation. Key differentiation regulators showing both ac4C modification and expression changes were prioritized for functional validation.
