RNA-Seq analysis of rat pancreatic tissue from control and acute pancreatitis models

ABSTRACT: This study investigates gene expression changes in the pancreas of rats with acute pancreatitis induced by intraperitoneal injection of L-arginine (2*2.5 g/kg, 48 hours) compared to saline-injected controls. High-throughput RNA-Seq was used to explore the transcriptomic differences.
