Single cell RNA-seq analysis of PBMCs from mouse models of mevalonate kinase deficiency

ABSTRACT: The single cell RNA sequencing data here were used in the publication "NK cell dysfunction and interferon gamma production underlie autoinflammation in mevalonate kinase deficiency". This study sought to identify changes in immune cell populations in peripheral blood of MvkV377I/del91 mutant mice (a genetic model of mevalonate kinase deficiency described in; Munoz et al. 2022, J Clin Invest 132(19):e160929. doi: 10.1172/JCI160929).
