Cabergoline Prevents Postpartum Breast Cancer by Enhancing Mammary Gland Involution in Brca1-Mutant Mice and Reduces Risk in Younger Women
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to assess the impact of cabergoline on the intensity of short-term post-lactational involution and to explore long-term alterations in the epithelial dynamics of the glandular component in Brca1/P53-deficient mice. This study also delves into the transcriptomic changes associated with these processes. To further investigate the molecular changes occurring in the mammary glands of Brca1/P53-deficient mice compared to P53-deficient or control mice, single cell RNA sequencing was conducted on mammary glands from these mice 4 days post involution.
