Astrocyte CCN1 stabilizes neural circuits in the adult brain


ABSTRACT: We have used single-nucleus (sn) RNA sequencing through a 10x Genomics platform to examine the impact of overexpressing CCN1 in astrocytes during the critical period. We transcriptionally profiled all cell types in the visual cortex after bilateral injection AAV-CCN1 or AAV-tdTomato as a control.
