Single-cell RNA sequencing reveals deuterosomal cells during differentiation of hiPSCs into airway multiciliated cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to investigate the differentiation of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) into airway multiciliated cells. The analysis revealed diverse epithelial cell types, including basal, secretory, goblet, and pulmonary neuroendocrine cells, as well as a distinct population of deuterosomal cells. This dataset provides a valuable resource for studying human multiciliogenesis and related diseases.
