ABSTRACT: Atrial fibrillation (AF) following myocardial infarction (MI) represents a significant clinical challenge due to the lack of effective therapeutic options. However, the precise mechanisms underlying AF development remain poorly understood. This study systematically characterized the dynamic changes in differentially expressed genes associated with AF post-MI, thereby providing a foundation for a comprehensive molecular understanding of the disease. We investigated schemia-reperfusion –mediated gene expression alteration associated with the development of cardiac injury by microarray in a mouse model.
