Effect of WM-3835 treatment and HBO1 S50/53A mutation on gene expression of OMM2.3 cells

ABSTRACT: To investigate the changes in gene expression profiles in OMM2.3 cells induced by WM-3835, we treated OMM2.3 cells with 20μM WM-3835 for 48 hours; To investigate the changes in gene expression profiles in OMM2.3 cells after HBO1 S50/53A mutaion, we established Flag_HBO1 and Flag_HBO1S50/53A overexpressed cell lines. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different cell lines with two replicates.
