Expression data from NE or CORT exposed ADXSCGX mice eye

ABSTRACT: Abnormal IOP or IOP rhythm can cause glaucoma development. Intraocular pressure (IOP) has circadian rhythm with nocturnal peak in both nocturnal and diurnal animals. We used microarrays to detail the mechamisms of circadian rhythm of intraocular pressure because SCG-NE and adrenal CORT transmit time information to the eye.
