Phenotypic analysis of dental pulp stem cells derived from deciduous teeth in Down syndrome.

ABSTRACT: Down syndrome is a condition commonly seen in pediatric dentistry, presenting not only morphological abnormalities but also conditions such as progeria. In order to clarify the details of the phenotype of Down syndrome,we perfomed to collect dental pulp cells from deciduous teeth and investigate their gene expression.
