Effect of acetate on genome-wide distribution of histone modifications.


ABSTRACT: This study performed acetate treatment in wild‑type and mutant Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains, and utilized ChIP‑seq to detect genome-wide protein binding and histone modification distribution, to explore protein recruitment and epigenetic regulation during metabolic transition in yeast.
