ABSTRACT: TET2, a regulator of DNA methylation, is amongst the most commonly mutated genes in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and is linked to enhanced inflammatory responses. The ability to respond to TP53 activation and inflammatory response has been linked to clonal advantage in hematopoietic stem-progenitors. These mutations combine and affect the pyroptosis pathway.
