Sequencing of total RNA from human naevi and adjacent normal skin

ABSTRACT: Using whole-transcriptome sequencing, we evaluated 32 naevi (and adjacent perilesional skin) characterised by histopathology and dermoscopic patterns, to reveal a novel gene-set enriched in actively growing naevi.
