FXR-induced PC-5p-694_11238 promotes CAF activation in NSCLC

ABSTRACT: MicroRNA sequencing identified an increase of newly discovered PC-5p-694_11238 in FXR-overexpressing NSCLC exosomes. In NSCLC cells, FXR increased the packaging of exosomal PC-5p-694_11238 from tumor cells, which might be a potential therapeutic target for NSCLC patients.
