Effect of myeloid specific rictor knockout on B16-F10 tumors grown in mice


ABSTRACT: This study investigates the impact of RICTOR knockout macrophages on melanoma development. We hypothesise that the absence of RICTOR in macrophages reduces melanoma growth by inducing an inflammatory phenotype.
