Transcriptome analysis of mural granulosa cells and cumulus cells during ovulation in mouse ovary

ABSTRACT: This study investigates the transcriptomic changes in mural granulosa cells and cumulus cells collected at different time points during the ovulation process in mice following hCG stimulation. RNA-seq was performed to identify dynamic gene expression patterns associated with ovulation, and the data serve as a resource for understanding temporal regulation of ovarian function.
