Effect of P2rx7 knockout on gene expression in hippocampus of WT and PS19 mice

ABSTRACT: P2rx7 is an ATP-gated ion-channel, known to play pivotal roles in neuroinflammation and tauopathies, although its mechanisms are yet to be elucidated. In this study we investigated the role of P2rx7 deficiency in tauopathy mouse model using bulk RNA-seq from mouse hippocampus. This dataset is part of BioProject PRJNA1281629, which includes bulk and single-cell RNAseq experiments.
