Expresion data from yeast (wild type strain and sus1 mutant) exposed to Congo Red (CR)

ABSTRACT: We did transcription profiling on the effect of SUS1 (global transcriptional regulator, component of SAGA, TREX-2 complexes) deletion in genes involved in Congo Red response (3 hours of treatment).
