Transcriptional profile of sorted Th1 or Tfh from CD4 T cells with defieciency of Dnmt3a and/or Tet2 (set 1)
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: DNA methylation programming is associated with enforcement of T cell dysfunction in the context of chronic viral infection. Loss of function in Tet2 and Dnmt3a is also associated with peripheral T cell lymphomas and human angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma. As such, we set to test how the loss of either Dnmt3a or Tet2 as well as the combined loss of Dnmt3a and Tet2 would fundamentally alter CD4 T cell functional and response during chronic viral infection.
