RNA Sequencing of the Impact of CXCR3 receptor modulation on activated T cells function
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: First, we used human PBMCs to establish a T - cell activation model, and activated T cells with the polyclonal stimulants PMA and Ionomycin. Before activating the PBMCs, we pretreated them with the CXCR3 antagonist AMG 487 and agonist VUF 11222. Then, through transcriptome sequencing, we explored the effects of these two chemicals on activated T cells, analyzing differentially expressed genes and associated signaling pathway changes to evaluate whether chemical regulation of the CXCR3 receptor impacts T cell function.
