RNA resequencing of Jurkat T cells activation model
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To gain insights into how different activation methods affect T cells, we established a T cell activation model using human Jurkat T cells. In this model, two activation methods were applied: one with the polyclonal stimulants PMA and Ionomycin, and the other with the monoclonal stimulation antibodies anti - CD3 and anti - CD28. To comprehensively understand the differences caused by these two activation methods at the cellular level and their impact on cell function regulation, we used transcriptome sequencing. This technology aims to analyze the expression of differentially expressed genes and related signaling pathway changes under the two activation methods, offering a molecular basis for revealing their role in cell activation, proliferation, and immune responses.
