Studies on the mechanisms underlying human epidermal stem cell differentiation by epigallocatechin gallate

ABSTRACT: To elucidate the mechanism by which epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) promotes the differentiation of epidermal stem cells (EpSCs), we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) on EpSCs treated with or without 2 μM EGCG for 3 days. This analysis revealed the transcriptome profile regulated by EGCG.
