ABSTRACT: Microarray analysis was used to identify differential circRNA expression profiles between breast cancer cell lines derived from primary tumors and metastatic lesions. Furthermore, the influence of differentiation- and stemness-inducing culture conditions on the circRNA landscape was assessed.
