Single-cell transcriptomic and 3D genome atlas of leukemia cells from patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML)

ABSTRACT: We applied a single-cell multi-omics assay named “Hi-C and RNA-seq employed simultaneously” (HiRES) to simultaneously profile chromatin structure and transcriptome within the same cell. In our study, this assay was conducted on CD34⁺CD117⁺CD38⁻ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) isolated from bone marrow aspirates of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients. This dataset represents the first application of single-cell HiRES in primary AML samples, providing paired 3D genome and gene expression information at single-cell resolution.
