Uncovering the Roles of PPARγ and the Immunoproteasome in ILC2 Regulation
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: ILC2 cells were discovered less than 10 years ago. The activation and regulation of these cells have been extensively studied and some mechanisms have been discovered, but certain regulatory pathways have yet to be defined. PPARg and the immunoproteasome seem to play a major role in this regulation, but their exact function is still unknown. The aim of this project is to study the role of both the immunoproteasome and the transcriptional factor PPARg in ILC2 physiology using RNAseq.
