ABSTRACT: To investigate the mechanism of coixenolide in obesity-associated PAAD, we established both CD and HFD murine models. Tumor tissues were collected post-coixenolide intervention. Our study revealed the immunomodulatory effects of coixenolide on obesity-linked pancreatic carcinogenesis
