Transcriptomic profiling of Alzheimer's disease and high-fat diet-induced exacerbation in mouse brain

ABSTRACT: This project investigates transcriptomic changes in the brain associated with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and the influence of a high-fat diet (HFD) on disease progression. RNA sequencing was performed on brain tissues from three groups of mice: control, AD model, and HFD-exacerbated AD model. These data provide insights into how metabolic stressors such as high-fat diet may aggravate neurodegeneration in AD.
