Time-Series Gene Expression of Drosophila melanogaster under Different Temperatures

ABSTRACT: This project investigates rhythmic gene expression in Drosophila melanogaster under different temperature and light conditions. RNA sequencing was performed on adult male fly heads collected every 4 hours over two consecutive days. Samples were collected under constant dark (DD) or light/dark (LD) cycles at 18C, 25C, and 29C. The dataset enables analysis of circadian and temperature-dependent transcriptional regulation in Drosophila.
