Transcriptome analysis of liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSECs) under palmitic acid treatment and IL-6/sIL-6R complex stimulation

ABSTRACT: This study investigates the transcriptional changes in liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSECs) following palmitic acid (PA) treatment and IL-6/sIL-6R complex stimulation. LSECs were cultured with PA for 12 hours and subsequently stimulated with the IL-6/sIL-6R complex for 1 hour to assess trans-signaling activation and gene expression changes. RNA sequencing was performed on four experimental groups: Control, PA, Complex, and PA+Complex.
