Effect of Intestinal Microbiome on Chromatin Accessibility in Paneth Cells

ABSTRACT: To assess epigenetic changes, ATAC-seq was performed on Paneth cells isolated from germ-free (GF) and specific pathogen-free (SPF) mice. The results revealed microbiome-dependent alterations in chromatin accessibility at key genomic loci involved in stemness regulation.
