ABSTRACT: Human diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cell lines (HDBCLs) induce monocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells (M-MDSCs) from healthy peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) through the secretion of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and interleukin-10 (IL-10). This dataset explores molecular changes induced by these cytokines and the time-dependent transcriptomic alterations during M-MDSC induction by co-culture with HDBCLs.
