Transcriptomic profiling of Pseudomonas aeruginosa wild-type and ΔlasB strains exposed to host-mimicking conditions
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We performed stranded bulk RNA-seq to compare the transcriptomic response of Pseudomonas aeruginosa wild-type and ΔlasB mutant strains exposed to artificial sputum medium (ASM) or LB broth. Samples were collected after short- (24h) or long-term (15 days) culture to assess the effect of chronic host-like conditions. This study aims to characterize the role of LasB in adaptation to the host environment.
