Expression profiling of human gastric cancer cells after glucose deprivation
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Glucose deprivation is a common feature in tumors. To investigate the differential expression of ncRNAs and protein-coding genes under glucose-deprivation conditions, human gastric cancer cells were cultured in low-glucose or normal-glucose medium and analyzed using the Agilent Human ceRNA Microarray.
