Nanostring analysis of Extracellular vesicles and other particles in lung cancer
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Lung cancer is still the deadliest cancer worldwide, mostly as a consequence of metastatic dissemination. In this context, extracellular vesicles (EVs) have emerged as key players acting as cell to cell communicators through the delivery of cargo’s molecules (as miRNAs and proteins) to recipient cells. However, little is known about the role of circulating plasma EVs from lung cancer patients in pMN formation. For this reason, we aim to identify new prognostic biomarkers for early relapse in lung cancer by Nanostring analysis
