RIP-seq analysis of RNA-binding protein in gastric cancer cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: HNRNPF is an important RNA-binding protein. To investigate its role in gastric cancer cells, RIP-seq was performed to identify RNAs interacting with HNRNPF. RNA–protein complexes were immunoprecipitated using an anti-HNRNPF antibody, followed by RNA purification and high-throughput sequencing. This study aims to uncover how HNRNPF interacts with and regulates downstream RNAs in gastric cancer cells.
