Here, we perform single-nucleus RNA sequencing of day 11 human trophoblast organoids cultured under simulated microgravity to characterize cellular diversity and lineage specification, revealing distinct populations including cytotrophoblasts, syncytiotrophoblasts, and extravillous trophoblasts.
