Dissecting transcriptional heterogeneity in sinonasal adenocarcinoma by single-cell RNA sequencing


ABSTRACT: We have employed a single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) approach using 10x Genomics scRNAseq to profile from 3 sinonasal adenocarcinoma (SNAC) tumors. It constructed a comprehensive single-cell transcriptional atlas, revealing profound cellular and molecular heterogeneity within the SNAC microenvironment.
