Single-nucleus multi-omics profiling reveals cell state transitions and epigenetic programs in lung adenocarcinoma
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Using single-nucleus multi-omic sequencing, we assessed transcriptional and epigenetic programs in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). Our results identified target genes and transcription factors associated with open chromatin regions in epithelial cells. Furthermore, ROS1 fusion was linked to activation of proliferative signaling pathways. These findings provide insight into LUAD progression and potential therapeutic targets.
