Genome-wide mapping of Xap5 and Nono binding sites by CUT&Tag in NIH/3T3 cells

ABSTRACT: This study maps the genome-wide binding sites of the proteins Xap5 and Nono in murine NIH/3T3 cells using CUT&Tag (Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation) sequencing. By employing antibodies specific to Xap5 and Nono, we profiled their protein-DNA interactions. The results identify numerous common genomic targets, highlighting a significant overlap in the DNA-binding profiles of these two proteins.
