Regulatory Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Active Extracts on the Transcriptome Profile of RAW264.7 Macrophages
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study, based on RNA-seq technology, systematically compared the transcriptomic differences between the normal control group, LPS model group, and LPS + Traditional Chinese Medicine extract treatment group. The aim was to screen key differential genes (DEGs) and their enriched core pathways under drug intervention. The results showed that the active extract of Traditional Chinese Medicine significantly reshaped the gene expression profile in RAW264.7 cells related to biological processes such as metabolic reprogramming, ferroptosis, inflammation response, and immune regulation, suggesting its potential for multi-target and multi-pathway immune-metabolic regulation.
