RNA-seq of liver, kidney, and quadriceps muscle from corylin-treated and control C57BL/6J mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To elucidate the transcriptional mechanisms underlying longevity and sex-specific responses to pharmacological intervention, we performed RNA sequencing on liver, kidney, and quadriceps muscle tissues from male and female C57BL/6J mice subjected to long-term dietary administration of corylin or standard diet. Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol, and libraries were prepared with the TruSeq Stranded mRNA protocol. Sequencing was conducted on the Illumina NovaSeq platform to generate 150 bp paired-end reads. This dataset constitutes a tissue- and sex-resolved transcriptomic resource for delineating corylin-regulated molecular programs and supports integrative multi-omic analyses targeting age-associated pathways.
