Pro-inflammatory role of granzyme K producing bystander CD8 T cells in acute myeloid leukemia
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study investigates the composition, antigen specificity, and functional characteristics of CD8⁺ T cells in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Using paired blood and bone marrow samples from AML patients, we performed single-cell transcriptomic (CITE-seq) and T cell receptor (VDJ) profiling to identify immune cell subsets and their clonotypes.
