Transcriptome analysis of BMM cells treated with COVID-19 mRNA-LNP vaccines

ABSTRACT: mRNA-LNP vaccines are highly effective vaccines that became widely used during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, their administration is often accompanied by adverse effects such as localized pain and systemic fever. Despite their widespread use, the mechanisms by which mRNA-LNP vaccines induce inflammation remain poorly understood. In this study, we aimed to investigate changes in gene expression in response to different COVID-19 mRNA-LNP vaccines in bone marrow–derived macrophages (BMMs).
