The SWI/SNF complex sub-unit Bap60 is required for training-induced gene transcription during long-term memory formation [RNA-Seq]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We analyzed transcript-level changes in mushroom body (MB) nuclei of Drosophila melanogaster one hour after long-term courtship memory (LTM) formation and in time-of-day–matched naive controls, using RNA isolated from flies with adult-specific RNAi knockdown of the SWI/SNF component Bap60, induced one day prior to LTM training, as well as in genetic background controls.
