The SWI/SNF complex sub-unit Bap60 is required for training-induced gene transcription during long-term memory formation [CUT&Run]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We analyzed transcript-level changes in mushroom body nuclei of Drosophila melanogaster one hour after long-term courtship memory formation in flies with adult-specific RNAi knockdown of SWI/SNF components Bap60, alongside genetic controls. Here, we identified candidate direct SWI/SNF-regulated genes which were defined as differentially expressed genes overlapping Brm-bound regions identified by CUT&RUN in MB nuclei.
